The protein shot is a 3.8 oz liquid of 42 grams of protein that doesn't taste good but helps when ur struggling. I know it has definitely helped me the past couple of weeks as i have been struggling trying to get protein in. The flavors i have tried so far are grape, green apple, acai berry, blue raspberry and about to try fruit punch. The only ones i will buy again so far are majority blue raspberry and some acai berry not sure on the fruit punch as yet.
