You're picture and weight loss is such an inspiration! My husband and I are getting our sleeve surgery on Friday by Dr. Almanza too. We are so excited. Do you have any pointers, tips or good advice so I can have the same kind of success you have? Is there one or two things that you have done that has made your journey easier or more successful? I have noticed not everyone looses the weight and keeps it off as you have. How about maintenance? Do you do something specific to keep the weight off? Sorry for all the questions but I want to be a success like you and am eager to know everything!
