  1. Hey there, I read your latest post and want to assure you that you are in control, ultimately. Take it one flippin day at a time, deal with your stress in other ways than eating. Don't fall back into the old bad habits and patterns. You've come so far and if you've come this far, your can do the distance!
    Stop yourself right now and the next time you're tempted to overeat...force yourself to step away and go to the wall and immediately do 10 wall push-ups. Yes...10 wall push-ups. This will get ya thinking and you'll get the benefit as well. Anyhow, the idea is to IMMEDIATELY break your thought pattern and reaction to it.
    YOU ARE IN CONTROL, don't forget that. Your control is what will bring you ultimate success.
