I have a book from my surgical team with specific instructions and I'm following those. Not everything works for me. I don't hesitate to call and tell them how I'm going to substitute, or change something.
As far as the scale, I'm not hung up on the numbers. I went out and bought a cheap manual version. Works fine! As many have suggested... forget the scale, measure, check your clothes size. It works for me!

Hi I'm still learning my new stomach and how to eat. I've lost 25 lbs on the pre op diet but haven't weighed myself since surgery I'm waiting for my 2 week post op app to see what I've lost. I need a new scale mine isn't working right even after changing batteries.
