We're you coffee/soda drinker?? Could have caffeine headache ... lack of protein can give you headaches too ... I had them post op .. would drink a shake or egg drop soup and feel better

it depends on the person , age.. male ,female.. and what kind of work .. I took 10 days off... but really didn't feel "terrific" for almost a month.. cant life anything over something like 25 lbs..? forgot the weight limit..
