I'm good ,I don't really write much on here but I do read about everyone and just haven't seen much of you on here so glad your doing good . I didn't really have much to lose but I have changed my outlook to being real . I am 59 years old and at 5'1" tall I have realized that being between 120 -125 I feel perfect .and so I don't have to freak out on trying to get smaller.
