  1. My macros generally come out around 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs. Most of the carbs come from dairy, fruits and vegetables. I just responded to your post Haven't been around much this summer.

    I saw a message you left for tinman regarding macros and how if you stay under 1000 calories per day you stall. I've eaten 800-900 calories for the past 10 months or so and I'm basically stalled. I've been scared to go higher since I'm not losing here. Im just feeling a little lost and I wonder if you still track your macros, or only protein and water as Tinman recommends.
