I second that of cnherrin. He is a good surgeon but I've only actually seen him once, and that was at my pre op appointment. I didn't even see him when I was in the hospital after surgery because he is always in surgery. So far I'm only 7 days out so I really haven't been having too many complications but severe gas, and when I went for my post op appointment today they weren't too helpful like cnherrin stated. She just suggested Gas X, which I'm eating like candy to no avail, walking, which I'm doing, but could probably do a little more of, and time. Hope this helps and good luck!
