    I can give you a sample meal plan for a day.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal 1/2 cup dry (Usually eat it for breakfast and my morning snack at 10 am)
    Lunch: Baked chicken, baked pork chop, buger patty (one of these items)
    Afternoon Snack: Boiled egg, or vegetables 3 oz cooked
    Dinner: Same as lunch
    Late PM Snack: Vegetables 3 oz cooked

    I also do water aerobics Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday for an hour at the YMCA

    Cottage cheese is also a good source of protein.

    I also try to stay at 800 calories a day. I use the myfitness pal app. It really helps keep track of food, and the calories burned during exercise based on your height and weight.
  2. Hi LadyA! Congratulations! Averaging 16 pounds a month is a-MAZ-ing!!! Can I ask for secrets? How do you plan meals? What do you eat on a daily basis? Your pic looks amazing!
