Hello SarahJJames, I can give you a sample meal plan for a day. Breakfast: Oatmeal 1/2 cup dry (Usually eat it for breakfast and my morning snack at 10 am) Lunch: Baked chicken, baked pork chop, buger patty (one of these items) Afternoon Snack: Boiled egg, or vegetables 3 oz cooked Dinner: Same as lunch Late PM Snack: Vegetables 3 oz cooked I also do water aerobics Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday for an hour at the YMCA Cottage cheese is also a good source of protein. I also try to stay at 800 calories a day. I use the myfitness pal app. It really helps keep track of food, and the calories burned during exercise based on your height and weight.
