As our friends did recommend, you should see your doc asap.

Low blood sugar is one of the side effect of the sleeve.
I had it a lot the first months (and a few episode of dehydration, but was in a hot climate at that time), it's back sometimes.
What most nut will tell you is to have a balanced diet, including complexe carbs, so basically you can't follow a diet too much low carb.
But no worries, I was in that situation too, and lost weight anyway.

Totally a medical question. Good luck!

My guess would be fruit, but I really have no clue.

I would call your surgeons office.
I have no idea on what you were told to eat after 4 weeks.
    All hospitals give different guidelines.
I hope you'll feel better soon!

How soon are you going back to work? I am taking a week off, and hope that will be enough. My job is mainly office type work...no heavy lifting or anything like that.

Everything will get easier and the days go on. Rest/sleep as much as you can. When you are not sleeping, walk as much as you can and sip, sip, sip that water all day long. Take it easy and be kind to yourself.
We are all here if you need an ear :-)
