Have faith in yourself, and know that you can do this You did it once before, and you can do it again. I agree, go back to the basics, by counting calories, and carbs, and no drinking while eating. I am starting the basics again too, because I have had a several month stall. Are you able start exercising again? That will definitely help. I have been using my fitness pal, and find it to be very helpful. Good luck...... you got this!
