I recommend taking a safety pin to hold it in place if (course be careful to go around it not through it). It just feels strange if it's flopping around and I had mine in for 2 full days so I was back in the hotel and walking around doing shopping.

I had a drain after I had a breast reduction and the drains didn’t hurt coming out, but they were uncomfortable. Think of it like getting your ears pierced: the first time you remove your new earrings it’s going to sting a little, but it’s no big deal.

My drain was painful to remove and it feels weird coming out.

    I didn't have a drain either so maybe you won't :-)

Not all sleeve surgeries have a drain. I didn't.

I had a drain before and it was not painful to get removed but did feel weird when they did it. (This was not from my sleeve, though.)

Not painful at all. I was in the hospital one night, and they removed it before I went home.

Nope shouldnt be, maybe a small ouch as they first pull then just a weird feeling. I've removed hundreds and noone complains much, it's over before you know it :-)
