    In my search for information regarding the outcome of my VSG procedure, I concluded that while I expect to lose a particular amount of weight throughout the duration of my recovery, there is a need to recognize that there are guidelines in place regarding the reality of the amount of weight I can expect to lose.

    Hey Everyone!

    It's been some time since I last logged on here, but I want you to know, it is not because I have chosen my absence. In fact, life (as it usually does) managed to get in the way and prevented me from doing many of the activities that I would normally be involved with.
