  1. Loving my sleeve, loving myself!

Today was no wind and my run was FANTASTIC!! I actually felt really in my groove during the running portions. Don't get me wrong, I am nowhere near ready to run 5K straight, but I am doing really well on my running parts. I felt fine even in the final 5 minute run. I had good pace and rhythm for my running parts.
So I have felt like I have been eating a ton the last few days. Must be mental because I lost another pound. I think I am losing a pound every 3-5 days from what I can tell. ...
  2. And the number is....................... ....

So I went to my PCP for pap today. I had seen him last on the 20th of December. I was curious to see what my total weight loss was for the past month. I just update my ticker and have not been tracking my weight loss weekly or what not. I thought I had lost about 10 lbs over this past month as my best guess. 3. Another one bites the dust!

I am so good with my results. They are right for me and my journey. Don't stress that it is lower than some people because I am losing and I feel successful. I absolutely love this site. Maybe a little too much. LOL.
I really like all the good information. I like the comradery that comes with being in this ...
  4. Inching Away and C25k week 2 day 2

Slowly but surely my scale is still moving in the right direction and the inches are coming off my body as well. I feel really great. I did my C25K week 2 day 2. I was breathing well and felt like I was running at a really good pace. I run outside so honestly I don't know how fast I am going. It feels fast. I could be running at a snails pace. Who knows? All I know is it feels good and my body is definitely responding to it positively. My dog is also enjoying the program. We get home and ...
