  1. 10 Months post-op....stopped losing weight

    I am getting discouraged I paid all this money and am down 70lbs in about 10 months. I have been eating a little more, but not nearly what I used to. Is this all I will lose or will it start coming off again? I have been the same weight for the last 3 months.

  2. Almost 5 months and down only 45lbs????

    I am not sure why the scale is not moving??? I don't eat nearly what I used to and still having trouble losing weight...I am not doing very well with protein and I am not exercising. I thought I would still lose weight since I can't eat very much...HELP???

  3. Diarrhea and reflux????

    Hello everyone!!! I am 10 weeks post-op and about 40lbs down. Every time I eat I have diarrhea and burp constantly. What can I do to prevent this or make it milder? Is anyone else having these issues??? HELP

  4. 8 weeks out and still stuck

    I am 8 weeks post-op and I have lost 34lbs. I lost all that the first 4 weeks. I have not lost anything since then. I know I am not getting all my protein in, but shouldn't I still be losing some weight???? Getting frustrated...

  5. Burping?????

    Every time I eat something I burp and burp and burp. It is really gross and embarrassing...is this something that will go on forever or just a stage?
