    I was in the forum and watched a video about Myth's of WLS from Dr Matthew Weiner which i thought was very good information. I decided to u-tube his videos and he has many out there. I sat for a few hours watching them and got so much out of them. I recommend any one to watch these video. He has lots of great information to share and he covers, before and after surgery, vitamins, food, exercise, etc. If you have time, check them out. even if you are years out and struggling he will get you back ...

    I must say that looking for the vitamins to take after surgery was pretty in depth and was driving me a little crazy.     So I was online searching for liquid diet recipes to start preparing and I stumbled upon a great site that gave tons of info and I can't even tell you what it was...bummer. Anyways I came across an App called Baritastic...and it's free. Bonus!!!     I was talking to my kids last night about my decision to have surgery. I told them I was heading to Mexico.
