    Hi all,

    First time creating a post so please bear with me .

    I'm 6.5 months out from a gastric sleeve and I asked my doc if I should have any caloric goals during the coming months as well as a final weight goal and she said no. All she wants me to concentrate on is getting my protein, water, exercise & vitamins in every day and that she wants me to have a waist circumference less than 35" and a normal BMI - has anyone else been given that info?
