  1. 30 months, arm lift and removal of fatty tumors.

    Hello dear friends,

I just had surgery two days ago. Left the hospital yesterday and feeling a little bit up right now but it's getting better each day.

I'm very swollen (arms and legs) but I can see very well that my bat wings are gone for good, no more skin flapping around or getting painfully stuck in sleeves!

The surgeon was really sweet and took his time to try his best to "repair" my legs so the surgery was longer than planned, he also ...
  2. 29 months, meeting my new/old plastic surgeon

I had reconstructive surgery in my 20's.
I thought my surgeon had retired but he actually went back to work this year after a yatus so I made an appointment to meet him and saw him on Wednesday.
The very famous professor I saw in Paris in September was nice...but I think I like my old doc better..

It was a really interesting consult, and we decided on a date, and will take it from there...as my doc said : "you need the surgery, don't over think it, we will deal ...
  3. 28 months, 2018 did bring health issues...and regain..oh well...still alive!

    Hello dear friends!!

Long time no see! I hope you are all doing great!! I must say I do miss many of you, but had so little time to do things for myself...hopefully Summer will bring more "me time"...with real time off!

Anyway a little health update : I finished the year 2017 at the ER for New Year's eve dinner. I was so exhausted for cleaning and cooking non stop for one full week with so many house guests, I didn't rest and the flu symptoms I got at the ...
  4. 23 months, reached my surgeon's "projection" and bracing for XMas impact

    Hello dear friends!

Sunday I realized that I reached the 50 kgs mark. It's basically what my surgeon was hoping for me to lose during the journey. It's done! (with a bonus!)

I have higher hopes to reach my own personal target and we'll see how it goes, but I'm very optimistic that being back in my homeland and with access to more nutritious food those good results will continue to show, for sure it's slow but heck I don't care, stalls have been really long because for ...
  5. 21 months...losing again

    Hello my dear friends,

My new Parisian life is hectic to say the least. But I've been amazed so see my scale move again. And quiet a lot compare to the previous months.
I lost more than 7 pounds since September, not 100g or 300g per month like before when I was in Asia.

I must say that I eat much more since I'm back, I have access to more nutritious food. And at work there's functions ALL THE TIME and I was afraid that would be a bad influence on my diet (who ...
