    Well I had my surgery Dec 4th and I have lost 48 lbs I feel good hard to take in enough protein and veggies

  2. 14 days after gastric sleeve

    Thinks are doing good, lost 32 lbs already which is a good feeling. I find myself coughing lots more at night,does anyone else do that?
    Will be nice to start eating a little meet soon, feeling a bit tired.
