    Brand-new to this whole process

    I am considering the sleeve surgery. I will see my doctor for the first time in about two weeks " Dr. Brain Chin in Walnut Creek, California. I'm considering the sleeve surgery, but I am borderline candidate. I'm 5'3" 200 pounds with chronic back pain and high cholesterol. With Blue Shield of California HMO insurance. Any information or recommendation I would appreciate to help me through my journey. Any information on Blue Shield of California insurance would be appreciated to.
