Ali72 Happy 1 year anniversary. So excited for you. I too started this process at 360. My surgery is Oct 28. What do you think made the difference in your amazing weight loss?

Thanks!! I started going to thrift shops. Found some jeans for less than $5. Love it!! So many wonderful things to find in there aside from clothing!!

I will be having it in the States.

Tootbrush and toothpaste, brush, phone and charger.
Wore the same clothes home.

Gas X strips were my saving grace. Also, I brought magazines, etc., didn't use any of them and just walked as much as I could until I came home Good luck, and it's true that where you're having the surgery might make a difference.

Didn't need much
Toothbrush/paste, hairbrush change of clothes to go home in. I slept a lot and walked a lot so I didn't use my phone. Maybe bring your own pillow. If you use a CPAP bring it.
