    It WAS the fat!

    YEA!!!! 70 pounds down from my highest weight of 272 pounds in last summer, August 2014. I had my surgery on December 30 which makes 3 months next week and that day I weighed 241 pounds. It is unbelievable that I have gone from a size 22 to a size 18 since then. I had forgotten that I had some really cute clothes just sitting there on the racks of my closet. Right now, I love to go shopping every night (in my own closet) to find "new" outfits to wear to work.

    Constipation... the struggle!

    From 241 to 208... I am two months in (nine weeks to be exact) and I have been happy with sleeve until now. BUT this constipation is the last two weeks is killing me. I have always been regular, twice a day. So thinking that I can go and then it is stuck (Sorry for the TMI... but you all are family!) I am miserable. I am anxious about not being able to go and not being able to move for half hour.

    I want to go back to my liquid diet when things were easier. HELP! Do I need to ...
