    Hello Everyone,

    I am back. Its been 1 year 10 months post-op. Its been a busy yo-yo life for me. I started off doing well with my weight loss. I got about 8 months out and the weigh started staggering off. I did manage to loose 70 pounds total, which I am very proud of. I had a couple of bouts depression, dealing with family and work issues. I gained about 14 pounds back from my low of 172.     I wasn't going to post until I reached my goal to get out of the 180's but I figure I am close enough and I missed reading you guys post so I decided to post. I am doing good. I am not exercising or drinking my water like I should but I am still loosing my weight slowly and that's good.   3. First Year with No Holiday Blues

    Well we are in the month of December and usually this time of the year is the lowest for me, but not this year. The holiday blues have taken a back seat to my focus and goals in life. I feel better and stronger and I am healthier. Three and a half months post-op, labs are getting better and my desire to live a victorious life is definitely in the priority in my thoughts.   4. So Thankful I just couldn't keep it in.

    So I said I wasn't going to blog again until I was under 190 but I have so much to be thankful for I just couldn't wait until I was down three more pounds. The week of Thanksgiving and its the usual life for me. No one in my family knows what they want to eat or do for Thanksgiving dinner. My kids are in a bloh mood because they have to work.   5. Seven weeks post-Op and tolerating regular diet

    I am seven weeks post-op and have been tolerating regular diet well. I am still leary about eating most dry foods and over eating to much of anything but trial and error is working well for me . I have been enjoying trying new things I have not eaten before and trying to stay away from the comfort foods. I am 5 pounds from being out of the 200s and walking up a storm.
