Hi all on the 27th i will be 11months post op i have lost about 66lbs i think this has been a slow process as i lost most of this in the 1st 4weeks drinking liquids i had a goal set 4 my years anniversary but i cant see me reaching that i cant say iv been very strict with my eating i exercise everyday any advice & motivation wud b great thank u all ☺

I had my sleeve august 27th 2014 so its been nearly 6months im still suffering from hair loss & my hair has gone so thin when will this stop im taking my vitamins & im sure im having enough protein I go the gym 3-4times a week evan got a trainer iv lost just over 3stone which is 42pound im not sure if that is good whats every1 elses weight loss at 6months??/ thanks for ur time

Morning all i had my sleeve on the 27th august iv lost 26lb since surgery i can eat most things just only little bits dont regret having the sleeve at all thought i wud of with only bein 23 its jus my hair loss is terrible my hair is so thin now hav been losing it since surgery i take all my vitamins everyday im also at gym i do the tredmill fast walking on it also the x trainer & bike i do 40-60mins 6days a week am i heading in the right direction?

I am 3months post opp & can eat almost everythink but obv only small bits with it bein the build up 2 xmas my family hav been gettin all the treats out nd i hav found myself eating them 2 i really dont wanna get into them bad habits cuz thats wat made me fat in 1st place i go the gym 5days a week for 40mins or sumdays 1hour i do x trainer & bike any advice would b great from the start of my journey iv lost nearly 3stone which was august i can see a little difference but not dramatic changes ...

I don't regret the surgery 1 bit but iv lost loads of my hair evan before I had surgery I was losing it nd its still comin out now I hate it cuz I can see it with me bein only 22 my hair means a lot lol also my face is always red nd its gone blotchy now been my doctors 2day nd he says its adult acne iv evan joined bk at the gym nd iv stayed the same weight on the scales nearly a month now jus feel like I aint gonna lose this weight I wud understand if I didn't have much 2 lose but I have sorry about ...
