  1. Wellbrutrin

So after my heart attacks almost 2 years ago I have had major depression (all following the surgery). I was put on Wellbutrin SR to help. It works wonders but I noticed that I don't feel full EVER. Although I eat less calories. I am worried this may cause an issue stretching my stomach.

Has anyone taken Wellbutrin after surgery? Any issues?

This is the only issue I have. And I haven't currently gained weight. But not feeling the stomach has me scared.

  2. Suggestions to get back on track

Hi everyone, I am up 6 pounds and can't seem to shake it. I was wondering what has helped everyone else. I know my sugar intake is up. However, I have gone 1-2 weeks with it being where it should be, but I still can't seem to get under 149. I would really like to hit 140 since I am so short.

Has anyone else found something that has helped them get back to protein and water and eating less other stuff?

And, any suggestions on vitamins for sensitive stomachs? (so far ...

Summer- oh how bitter sweet! I am loving having my three kids home, but it has caused me to not go to the gym save for twice a month. Due to this I am back at 150 and unmotivated. Still, I also am failing to get adequate protein due to chasing kids, keeping up with homework, and other daily tasks.

What are some tricks to stay healthy during the summer with the kids at home?

    I am FAILING ...

I recently hit 147- but I bounce up to 153 A LOT. But I was released to workout after having bed-rest for 2 months- ugh! So I think I will be able to maintain 145 soon.

Anyways, I was told that I should maintain this weight and just work on firming and muscle. But I guess I really want to lose 10 more pounds. I am only 5' 2" and am currently a size 9-12. I think if my belly was not so big- could use a tuck, but it's not bad so insurance wont help- I would feel okay. Most people ...
  5. Cardiovascular Issues

So, for the last 3 months I have not been aloud to do much. The doctors have been running tests and are trying to find out if the sleeve may have caused some issues.

Has anyone else had any breathing, lightheaded, exhaustion, and blood pressure issues. Increase in food and liquids have not helped. I went to a specialist and they want to run a lot of tests, but it's so time consuming. And, they don't know if the sleeve could have cause some issues or if it is an autoimmune disease that ...
