    Yup, do the math and thats alot to lose since april 24th this year!!
    My biggest woo hoo moments...
    Bra size from a 42 HH to a 38 D
    and today I walked a mile and MY THIGHS DONT RUB TOGETHER at all!!!!!
    I still forget to eat somedays, I still HATE protein shakes, I dont like most any food but force myself to eat 5 bites, I sold all my fat girl clothes and now only have current size and smaller...yes life is good!
  2. STUPID newbie mistakes

    I am a police dispatcher and two of a fellow agencies officers are battling cancer so they had a blood drive. SInce I am a member of the 10 gallon club because I started donating at age 16 I decided to participate! I was sleeved 4-24-2014 and Red Cross said no problem. My Iron was great so I donated...just as they were finishing I got hot, started sweating and the room started spinning. They laid me back and packed me in ice, after 10 minutes I felt fine.   3. Today I cried-Mental issues

    My surgery was 4-24-14 and I did a pre op "diet" for a month with just liquids the last 10 days before surgery.
    I sold my house so I could pay for this surgery.
    I traveled to Tijuana because thats all I could afford.
    I have been a diet failure all my life. I was up and down in weight and the last two years I exploded. I hit 250...I tried every diet known to man and failed. I tried every pill and shot to lose and I failed. I worked out to lose and I failed.

  4. 7 weeks out and struggling

    Well I am 7 weeks and 4 days out from surgery and heres whats new
    I still cant stand protein shakes but now if I try to drink them I literally throw up! I cannot eat the reccomended amout of protein a day so I have yet again found a shortcut...I use protein powder to make no bake cookies! Found the recipe on Pinterest and they are good!   5. Easy Protein

    I get sleeved this Thursday 4-24-14
    Ok so at Wal-mart they have small Protein shots in fruit punch flavor and its 26 grams !!! SO I decided to make strawberry SF jello with 1 cup boiling water stir stir stir then I poured the shot into the measuring cup and filled it the rest of the way with cold water to get the cup of cold....Ummmm ya'll this is some dang good jello and ALOT of protein.
