    Hey All you sleevers TGIF
    Well I am 5 months out from surgery as of Sept 1st.
    I hit goal weight very quickly and we adjusted it down another 10lbs, and I blew past it, now down 12lbs past where the DOC wanted me to maintain OOP's.
    She said I was the poster boy for the sleeve HAA HAA.

    First day on the website
    Went to NWWLS to have my first appointment with DR. Alana Chock on 1/13.
    She has some great credentials and was very knowledgeable, going to like her.
    I have my Psyc and Nutrition appointments on Thursday 1/16, then the endoscopy next month 2/20.
    I have been on diets and working out for years, I body built for 6yrs got huge and very strong but alas I was still heavy, just couldn’t get the weight off.
