  1. 3 months post OP...Doing Great!!!

    Hello!!! Fellow sleeves. It's been three months and I'm doing great. I'm off of all my diabetic medications, blood pressure normal, kidney functioning great. Guest what? I went from a 42.5 to a 34 and wearing a medium shirt. I haven't seen this since junior high school .

    My goal is 7,500-10,000 steps a day, plus mild exercising. Which for me is a total transformation and miracle..

  2. No more Insulin :)

    Good morning, fellow Sleevets! I had two specialist confirm for me to Stop taking insulin! ( which I did 45 days ago after strict monitoring ?). I went out to dinner with my family to a famous Hamburger restaurant .

    My family went in! Hamburgers with everything on it, including the kitchen sinks, cheese cake sweet teas endless order of fries. Finally my order arrive a cup of claim chowder soup and imported Dasani water . Everyone stop talking and starred at the end of ...
  3. 23 days Post Op :)

    Hello fellow Sleevets. Last time I posted was my birthday 12-31-2013. And I must confess I was a total party animal and a beast! I started with two 64 oz of imported chilled Dasani water.
    Which I indulge in the whole day.

    Next I had a couple of strawberry protein drinks as chasers . Now for dinner I had cream chicken soup. Somebody call me a cab to take me home!!! Wait I am home I'm good .......
