So Ive been a bad girl.. no i didnt gain anything ;0) Ive just havent been diligant in keeping up with this site/blog etc etc. but im doing real well feel SOOO much better at 210 than at 336 even tho if i could lose the last 50 id probably be dancing in the streets. lol

im in Vegas an the heat is on... Literally summer has commenced, today 104 an still climbing. Swelling is gonna happen whether im ElBloopO or not soooo im tankin as much water as possible an stayn in as much as possible.
Even when young i would swell... ThankX to wonderful Genetics passed on to me ;o/, im wishing for oct already for the cooler mid 80's to high 70's
I wish heat would melt fat like it does whn you bake or cook meat with fat on it soooo sad ...

Another day an mor bloat.... Ahrg!!!
Im not discouraged persay but i am abit irritated ;o€
and im sure its probably just introducing mor solids back into my diet but geeeeez give me a break... Waaaaah!!!

Sooooo i was sleeping in nice quiet slumber and im get abrubtly woken up by stomach acid shooting up into my throat... It was horrendous all i could do was keep swallowing...
I finally i got the gasX with Maalix an took two befor it worked to quiet the acid down an i didnt eat anything different to cause a reaction to my stomach.
But i have noticed today my stomach was still more acidic than normal...
Im hoping to not have another bad night... Worrying abt acid erosion to ...

So my daughter an i wer out an abt an we got hungry.. Shes prego an craving KFC( 1st trimester) but yet nauseated too... So we stopped an i got the $5 3 crispy tenders, biscuit,mac n cheese.... So as im suppose to im eatn my chickn first an nibblin at it an chew chew chew.... Ewwwe lol
Soooo ..... Im driving to pickup my son from school an we park an im feeln that something stuck feeln in my throat.... Then i cough an up clmes spit... Lots n lots n lots no food just the spit... Like WTH ...
