  1. Day 4 Really Hard to Stay Hydrated

    I'm trying so very hard to stay hydrated, to drink, protein, water whatever, but every time i put something in my mouth, my little sleeved stomach cramps up tight and then a wave passes through my entire belly and I can't put another thing in there. My head is sooo hungry but nothing with pass without this intense feeling and pain. I have been enduring it, every 15-20 min so I don't shrivel up (now thats a novel idea for someone who is 265 lbs!) but OMG. This can't last right????? What have others ...
