I lost my mother almost 2 years ago and went into a depression. My mom died of Diabetes complications. Just found out 3 days ago my sister is borderline diabetic. Hi everyone, It has been way over due. I am not a happy camper since the last few months. It has been over 16 months since I had my Gastric Sleeve and I havent lost any weight since last May, I actually gain 8 lbs.... I have started exercising again but I find myself slowly slipping back into old eating habits. When I started this journey my weight was 352, today I am at 263..... Please keep me in your prayers as I contuine to reach my goal. I have an appointment with my surgeon in 2 weeks. ...

It has been awhile since I stop by. Much to tell but I will keep it short. April 4, 2014 will make 7 months since my surgery. I have lost 80 lbs over all. I went from a size 24 pant and 3x tops to a 16 pants and a 1x top. Still continuing my journey and new life style change. #Keep smiling......

I am so "Thankful" on this special day. I am under 300lb. I did it, I can't remember the last time I was in my "2's". Thank You Lord.
