    1st Doctor Appointment

    I had a great dr appt today. I have lost the post surgery weight plus an additional 4 pounds. My incisions are healing really well. I also went to the mall and walked around. I was out for about three hours today and I did not start hurting at all. That is a great feeling. I am looking forward to the next few weeks as I start to feel better and lose more weight.

    Surgery Scheduled

    My surgery has been scheduled for August 8th. I am so excited, scared, and nervous all at the same. I have waited almost three years to get to this point.
    It is hard to believe that it is almost time.
