I shared in a previous post that I'm working on increasing my iron intake and doing an elimination diet. I started yesterday by removing cane sugar, wheat, almonds and dairy out of my diet. I survived and even wrote about it on my blog: https://downthescale.com/2017/03/10/...mination-diet/ Wish me luck! Jen
I'm almost four years out for surgery, but I still find it necessary and important to change things up. I haven't been feeling 100% these past few months and I finally decided to do something about it. I'm sharing my story at my blog at: https://downthescale.com/2017/02/28/...ertain-waters/ What changes have you been making since you've had surgery? Best wishes, Jen
If you're like me, you need new activities to keep motivated on your weight loss journey. I've added swimming this year. Here's my story at my blog: https://downthescale.com/2017/02/01/...-not-to-drown/ Hope you're finding new ways to keep motivated! Jen
One of the things I love about my life after surgery is the new things I'm willing to try. Last weekend it was tubing! Here's a quick video I made about it on my personal blog: https://downthescale.com/2017/01/15/...ill-literally/ Have you tried anything new this year?
I'm finally get back on track after the holidays? How about you? It's not always easy, but I'm actually happy to get back to an exercise routine. I always feel better after I exercise. Here's my take on it on my blog: https://downthescale.com/2017/01/10/...he-right-foot/ Hope everyone's new year is going well!
