  1. 6 month surgaversary!

It seems like an eternity since I've had time to write.
My 6 month surgaversary was on Christmas. This has been the best gift I have ever given myself and I finally broke the 200# mark. Feeling strangely amazing. If that makes any sense. I can't remember the last time I weighed under 200#.
I'm at 92# lost. It still is crazy to me to even think ths was possible.
I have given myself a huge challenge this year. Aside from reaching my target weight, I have signed up for the ...
  2. Happy dance! The stall is over!

Hallelujah! The scale moved again and in the right direction. Just kept on keeping on the same daily calorie intake and exercise and BAM!!!
    Just 1#, but it moved.
    I'm thrilled.

    Any advise?

I think we spent most of the class looking at each other trying to muffle a laugh.
Lets just say tai chi was a bust for now.
There is one thing though that happened to me that opened my eyes. The class ...
  5. Almost 2 months in and feeling great!

It seems odd to me now that I fussed and worried so much before this amazing thing all happened. It hasn't been all roses but the pros outweigh the cons by a mile stone.

    Check list achievements:

-Almost 2 months sleeved and my knees don't hurt any more. This to me seems like a miracle.
-Can't wait for my 3 month check up. Just to say before this, you had to drag me kicking and screaming to a doctors office.
-Took a plane and didn't need that damn extension. ...
