  1. I GOT THIS ~ 3Day Training

    Oh good grief!!! I have a fleeting thought just about every day to get on here & check in with everybody but somehow never make it. I'm here today. Sleeved life is going good even though I haven't lost any more weight I haven't gained any either. I have a feeling that is going to change.

  2. I GOT THIS ~ 165 days & still kicking

    I'm still alive & kicking. Haven't been here in a longgggg time. Did ya miss me? Made it thru the holidays without gaining any weight, but I didn't loose any either.
    Finally got the hubby to eating better with the new year & it has helped me. The scale has started to move again! Also had started walking again. I've been a real slacker on the exercise thing. And now I've got this allergy-sinus funk that just won't go away. It's hard to walk when ya can't breath.

  3. I GOT THIS ~ 90 days = 50 lbs

    Hello to my little friends. It's been 90 days since I was sleeved and I've lost 50 lbs. I'm feeling great & have no complaints what so ever. Would it do me any good to have any?

    One of the most exciting things that happen weekly is pulling something out of my closet, putting it on & it being too big. Yesterday I pulled out a pair of jeans that I've been afraid to try on, afraid they would be too small, well I almost waited to long. Put them on yesterday & they fit, other

  4. I GOT THIS ~ hating on the plateaus

    I'm still here & still doing what needs to be done, but dang it the plateau I'm on now is killing me!

    I know they will happen, I know they will pass, I know I don't like them!

    Let me catch ya up where I am on this little jouney. I've lost 45 lbs & have been stuck between 187.4 & 188 since Oct 11. I'm getting tired of these numbers on the scale. (yes I still weigh everyday ~ it keeps me honest)

    I've been getting up at 4:40 AM to workout with my daughter-in-law thru the week. On Saturdays I have been doing some walking on my own. I was beginning to think I was wasting my time.
