    4 days out....and struggling

    Well I'm about 4 days out and while I would love to say everything is great - I can't. Unfortunately I obtained a bad throat infection at the hospital as well as an intestinal infection. It's been a really rough road and in addition to trying to stay positive I'm trying really hard to stay hydrated. You don't realize how much fluid intake is necessary to be "healthy". Dr said yesterday when I went in that I was dehydrated so that stinks. Anyway - just wanted to share where I was at. ...

    Today I took the step of joining this forum. Doesn't seem like a particularly difficult or amazing step...yet, for me it's just one more thing in my journey to finding my life again.
