    12 months later but I reached my goal after 10 months!

    Here it is my sleeve friends, the before and after pictures you've been asking for.

    For all of you who are struggling, at a plateau or wondering to yourselves "what have I done" (God knows I've said that many times in the beginning) it's all worth it. You can do it!

    Eat right and get plenty of exercise, it will happen!
