Happy BIRTH -DAY !!
Happy birthday and happy to hear about that sweet new baby! I'm 5'3" too, and have weighed 138 or so FOREVER. I would love to get to 130. Maybe this year.
Happy Birthday
Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday happy birthday, happy birthday to you
Happy birthday!! and congrats on your weight loss journey, you did great!
Wish I had the words to comfort you 😔 May you stay present and strong through this unsettling moments, and focus on the positive. Nineteen years of marriage despite ups and downs, laughs and tears, good and awkward moments, happy and angry outbursts, health and sickness, is no small deal. Wishing your family a speedy recovery from health issues, and may they find peace and comfort in their own strengths and abilities. May you breath in Love, and release all your worries. Breath in Hope, release out all fears. Breath in Faith, release out doubt. Sending you immense Love, Peace and Light. 💕✨💐✨
Oh my gosh!! That's scary!! Thank goodness that's over.
The weather is getting warmer and you'll be able to take the baby on walks and get active. The winter is hard with a baby. Not like you can take the baby to the gym,or on a walk in single digit weather.
Nursing does burn extra calories. Concentrate on protein first, then veggies, and carbsif you're still hungry. Don't drink with meals. (But drink a lot between meals, you're feeding another human!) Enjoy that baby, you'll be fine! Start walking, all you need is a good pair of shoes and a stroller. You will both love it.
well, sort this out...first, you have a baby..this is a big deal and takes not only your time, but also all your sleep!! so of course it is easy to eat carbs..my go to when i fall down is to get back on myfitnesspal.com and write it all down..it really helps and gets you back together.. your hubby is a whole other thing...my hubby also take insulin injections..and i think that although this is no little matter, there is so much more for people who have diabetes now..i cant even tell my hubby is on it..and he has taken the shots for a few years..so my encouragment to you is to study and learn about it..like you did about the sleeve..knowlege gives you more power over the situation.. and remember you ARE blessed..you can get back together...you really can...
HAPPY THT YOU ARE ON THE UP SWING. GLORIOUS TO FEED THE BABE AGAIN. SO OFF YOU GO INTO ANOTHER NEW LIFE. HOPE ALL IS WELL FOR YOU AND FAMILY.
Don't stress over the baby weight! You just had the baby...give yourself time. You will get back on track. Best of luck to you and congratulations on the baby! Take care of yourself....
I had it done last year, I have an 11 yr old and a six year old. It's a simple procedure, you have nothing to worry about and a lot to look forward to Sex is so much better with 0 worries!! About the chocolate, I can't say much, it's not not my weakness. Chips are my weakness, so I just don't buy any
Good luck this afternoon! You just had your baby so try to stress too much about the pounds. When you crave chocolate I knowexactly what your talking about. If you can go one day at a time with no chocolate/sweets then you will stop craving it after a week or two. Go back to the beginning If you did it once you can do it again ;-)
good to hear from you. those baby lbs can be a bitch but you know how to do this. Life will get back to normal. Spring is on the way and you and babe can get in some walks. Stay in touch. By the way how is Mas doing? I had my tubes tied after my 3rd. and no biggie surg. wise and I felt so much better after and yes sex was so much better knowing no pills and no surprises.

There is no sin in supplementing with formula and still maintaining a nursing relationship with the baby. This time is so special - I hope you get to enjoy it Ty!!! It's gotten much better!!! They call him barracuda @ the dr because that's his nursing style. Mainly breastfeeding but he has abt 2-3 bottles of formula every day also. Thanks for the advice!!!! I made oatmeal cups & eat chick peas & bought mothers milk tea.

Ty!!!!
Do they still have La Leche League? They were so helpful for me when I was nursing, but that was 30 years ago.

You are early days, I remember my youngest pup went through the same with the poops and then one day he just let it go and that was the end of that problem. |I had to stop supplementing and then my milk cane in big time and he thrived. Eat as best you can relaxe and enjoy that wonderful joy of nursing you babe. Cheers Lol ty! I'll try!!!

Congrats!! My daughter was born 2 days before thanksgiving so every 5 years her birthday is on thanksgiving. God Bless!
