  1. Having a rough week already

    I just need to air, I've felt overwhelmed this week by negativity and I think it's effecting my motivation to get out & work out and eating habits. On Sunday, my husband's car was stolen, on Monday I realised that my cell isn't lost around the house, it was in his car. He's just left on vacation with his brother and the nephews to Vancouver so I'm kind of alone. I'm helping a friend of my mom's who's getting screwed over by her condo board (there's mold in her condo and they aren't diagnosing/fixing ...
  2. Got sleeved over the weekend and GAINED a pound, anyone ever experienced this?

    On Friday when I left for SanDeigo I weighed in at 202 lbs. I did a serious day of walking/shopping and had 3 protein shakes with 5 litres of water. After midnight I didn't eat anything, had the operation saturday at about 2pm ate nothing that day except for IV saline. Next day I had 2 popsicles, the first half of the first one I barfed up. Monday I had a bowl of broth from the hotel and added a little bit of protein powder to it. The next day, protein in the am, soup at 7pm. Today I jump on the ...
