    It's been a over a 1 Year Time Flies!!

    It's been over a year doesn't seem like it and I LOVE my SLEEVE!!! My hair has grown like a weed my labs are great except VitD but that has been low for years and I now match the person I have always seen in the mirror before I gained weight.

    I thank GOD for is opportunity to get my health in check because I was the walking dead and now I know there is sunshine on a cloudy day. My sleeve as taught me how to do something I would never do is carpe diem. I was one of those people ...
