i started my journey at 236 and today i hit 159. i no longer dependant on insulin or blood pressure med. in fact all i take is my every day vitmins. i healthy again. i have 19 more pounds to go to i am consider in normal weight.. i hoping to hit that by my 12 months post op. if you just considering this, it can save your life like i has mine,
I will be 5 months post op on the 11th. i started to see tha pay off final.weight loss is slower and inches are slower too.. but i seing some toning... love my sleeve
