  1. Really start working out Today!

    Okay so I work as a High School teacher and cheer coach. I have finally decided to actually work out. I was introduced to one of our hard core football coach and has invited his fellow teachers to work out with him and I am going to do it. I am nervous and excited all in one. I feel like im going in for surgery again that is how intense this guy is! So any way I will get back to you and let you know how it goes!! I have been on a stall for awhile maybe this will kick start the drop again! ...
  2. Shopping

    So i know i need smaller size clothing but haven't been shopping since before surgery, so anyway, I went to old navy to buy a pair of jeans maybe a tee I figured I would do a 16 or 14 well fortunately for me they didn't have any in the style that I was looking for so I gave up on the jeans there and started to look around saw a dress that I liked and thought hmmmm what size should i get and instead of trying it on there and getting depressed like i normally did i just picked up a dress(2 actually) ...
  3. Hit Onederland!!!!

    I am excited to say that I have hit ONEDERLAND!! I have learned not to jump on the scale everyday. But this GOOD FRIDAY MORNING I decided lets have a look and what have ya I am 198.0 whoop whoop!!! I know its only 2lbs under but its still works for me! I have seen many post about how slow its coming off and they would like it to come off faster, well my thought is if we wanted it to come off that fast we should have had the gastric bypass. I absolutely love my sleeve. As I have said before ...
  4. whoop woop!

    Okay i lost 2 more lbs!!! was on a stall for 2 weeks or so. I know its coming off clothing fits me to big now awesome!!! slowly but surely! Works for me!
  5. Working out

    Okay so I walk twice a week should be more I know, but don't have the time right now. So anyway I decided that if I am not walking the remainder of the week I would do weight for my arms and the work on my "abs" my dr said that I could start that at 1 month out and as of the 16 I am one month out soooo I started to do crunches and scissor kicks to start of slow but the next day the right side where they took my tummy out hurts. Any one doing cruches, sit ups or some kind of stomach ...
