Another week gone in the post op journey. I feel so very healthy. Like who is this person! I met up with a pal today on my break at work. She is very thin. Actually makes me look fat. LOL. So I asked her if she wanted to join me on my mile walk on my break. She said yes. And we chatted as we walked. She is taller than me. She made two comments that made me laugh and proud at the same time. She first said I walked fast but to me it did not feel that fast. And then she said she was feeling ...

Ladies for those of you who have experienced both... any comparisons? I'm 3 weeks out and keep telling myself it will be a skip in the park in comparison. I just hate taking pain meds (was off day 2 after c section)!

That plus I just started watching Nurse Jackie #bigmistake

Had my pre op class today... reality check ... no Advil ever? I rarely take them but when I do it is for back pain or really bad stress headache bc Tylenol doesn't do it for me. Anyone else have suggestions???

And no wine for a year.. I understand whyyyy sigh
