Back from our Christmas vacation. The cruise was 90% wonderful. Our last port was cancelled due to bad weather & I got motion sickness & had to get pills from the ship medic & my mil actually lol at me. Then the drive home was so LONG! We found our oldest parakeet had died while we were away & my shoulder still hurt the entire time though not as much because I wasn't working. I have a follow up w/ the ortho to see if I need surgery on the 15th. And I gained 5lbs from the nearly constant ...

We built a new house, moved into our new house 2 weeks ...

My last day of work for the year is Friday & I have something to do everyday until we leave for vacation. ...

  5. Surgery date change

I was originally scheduled to have my surgery on December 9th but because I have to get an echocardiogram done next month before I can get medical clearance, I was informed that my surgery is now scheduled for February 12th next year. I guess I feel both disappointed and relieved. Disappointed because I was looking forward to having the surgery sooner than later and relieved because I've been so anxious about having the surgery that I was driving myself a little crazy. Now I have more time to prepare ...
