It has been a very long time since I placed a post. I was missing the board and all of you! Happiness gets in your way when you are enjoying your new body and life, doesn't it? I have reached my goal and passed over -3 lbs! 115.5 lbs lost! I wanted to motivate all of you about weight loss and Lap Sleeve Gastrectomy! I love it and it was the best decision of my life! It was all worth it! So, don't give up! Believe in yourself that you can lose weight!

Hi everybody,

It has been a long time since I have last blogged about my journey. Well, so far, I have lost 90 pounds in 9.5 months since my surgery. Hip hip hooray! I am extremely happy about it and my family and friends are amazed about my WLS success. I can only say that perseverance, sticking to the diet, support and trust in oneself goes a long way in succeeding after the WLS. I am now wearing jeans size 4 and could not be happier. Thank God!

I have noticed ...

Finally, I have met my principal weight loss goal which is to reach a BMI of 24.9 or less! Today, I weighed 136 lbs and my BMI is NORMAL!!!!

Alleluia, Alleluia! Already Gone 85 lbs and now I am dressing a comfortable jeans size 6!

I just can't believe it. From 222 lbs and jeans size 18-20 in over 6 months to now 137 lbs and jeans size 6, BMI 25.1 (almost normal BMI!! ).

I love my sleeve and my lifestyle behavior transformations.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to update you with my WLS plan. My plan was to lose 102 lbs in 6-12 months. So far, I have lost 79 lbs (222 lbs) since my surgery, have reduced my pants size from 20/22 to a comfortable 8 jeans and in my way to size 6 and the next last 23 lbs to my final goal (now 143, and later 120 lbs ) Wow! I can't believe it in only few months, my life have changed so much for the better. I could not be happier and enjoying ...
