(I hate fish) I am eating: Breakfast: egg whites, one slice of wheat bread, one slice of turkey bacon OR oatmeal Snack: protein bar Lunch: string cheese, greek yogurt Dinner: chicken, OR Atkins meal Snack: cheddar ...
Last Thursday was my 3 week post surgery checkup. My doctor told me that when they bioped the stomach it showed I had a Bacterial infection (he said name but he is really, really fast: in-out in less then 5 minutes) (wondered why he didn't contact me until 3 weeks AFTER surgery). He put me on an antibiotic....4 horse pills in the morning and 4 horse pills in the evening. I'm just coming off of pureed food today. These horse pills are making me sooooo sick. When I take them at night I wake up ...
well tonight is football night at my house. My sons and girlfriend, husband will all be shouting, cheering...and eating! Last weekend we went to my one sons apartment and brought wings, chips, etc. I did really well last week as I brought mashed potatos and protein. But this week they are ordering pizza! My absolutely favorite food. I told them earlier that it was fine...I am 16 days since surgery and figured I wouldn't be able to eat it anyway. But the closer the time gets the more my mind is begging ...
ok I'm turning to the experts....what are you doing for the protein bad breath after taste? I seem to constantly be brushing my teeth and using mouth wash. But my husband is saying its not doing the job. I am going back to work on Thursday and need to figure this out. I bought sugar free mints....any other suggestions?
I had injured both my feet a year ago doing the insanity workout. I got plantar faciatis and haven't excessed since...could barely stand pain in feet! Well, after surgery they put these booties that alternated blowing up with air to prevent blood clots and keep circulatio. Wow! Two days in hospital with those on my feet has made a Hugh difference in the pain. Next time I go back to foot dr I'm going to recommend them!
