    Today marks twelve weeks since my surgery and I couldn't be happier!! I've lost 45 pounds so far and feel fantastic!! I know there are some that have lost more in their first three months but I am pleased with my progress and don't have any regrets! Our journeys are unique to each of us and I consider it a success if you feel better about yourself and the steps you are taking to improve your health.
