    i just had a milky way

    it has been 28 days since my surgery and i have lost 14 kg > i am struggling to eat anything remotely solid i was doing ok with poached salmon but i have completely go off that now > im ok with soup and yoghurt. but some days i dont eat at all .

    i like the protine shakes at all just cant stomach them.

    today i managed to have a spoon ful of tuna but that didnt go down well at all. was feeling quite weak and tired so i decided to try a mini milky way it went ...
