    HELP Stalled!!

    Ok friends I have been stalled for over a month now it starting to get the best of me thinking I may have failed this sleeve thing
    cant wait till this winter is over to get out n get moving again!!!
    Im 10 months out down around 63 lbs but scales have moved these 3 pounds back n forth over a month now any suggestions would be so much appreciated!!!

    im 8 months out and im stalled have been for several weeks!!! any advise help!! im down 60 lbs so far and need 15 more to go

    Hair Loss Help!!

    Ok what is their that can help with this hair loss? I take 10,000 MCG 2 x a day
    I have used Nixion shampoo
    I use it's a 10 leave in conditioner
    nothing seems to help at all
    any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi everyone its been awhile but im doing Great, Im 6 weeks out and have lost 33 lbs! I must say I Love my Sleeve!! Im feeling so much better and can do so much more and can't wait to see what the next few months hold for me!
