need to get back on track any good ideas was thinking of the protein shakes every other day would this help or do them daily and eat one meal.
any one try the fitness bands like the fitbit and force want to buy one but not sure what to go with
i am stuck at 185 eat about 850-1000 calories a day use my Elliptical 1 -2 hours a day dont lose any thin been 4 months now that im stuck
Not losing Dr's nurse says i eat too much ya right 750 cal a day tons of water nutritionist say add more protein but don eat between meals i get full on the 3oz how do i add more with out eating more ugggg
sleeved in april now have Constipation and have pain nothing seams to help
